Except for such re- placement, the acceptance of the film, print, negative, computer disk, CD, digital information, or art is without warranty or liability, and recovery for incidental or consequential damages excluded. Should material involve high origination costs, and we are required to accept a greater liability, this must be declared at the time original materials are delivered to us, and the appropriate fee negotiated.
